Dubuque or Davenport IA - PMHNP - O/P - See All Ages - to $160K + Full Benefits
- Dubuque, IA 70 miles N of Davenport
- Large Private Practice - Join 2 PMHNP's and large team of therapists/social workers
- See patients across the lifespan, majority adult patients, adolescents and some younger children
- 2 years + PMHNP experience required
- 60 min evals (90 mins when needed) and 30 min med management
- See 12-14 patients/day or approximately 65 patients/week
- Commercial Insurance and private pay patients
- Work Monday- Friday preferred, 4(10's) may be considered in future
- EMR InSinc
- 3 weeks vacation, 10 holidays, 3 CME days $500, including malpractice
- $135K- $160K + benefits
