Bronx, NYC - PMHNP - Youth ACT + Youngs Adults mix - $165,000 + Benefits
-Work in the heart of NYC in a collaborative setting treating underserved
-Community Mental Health agency - Non-Profit
-2 Years + NP prescribing experience required
-50% youth ACT + 50% "on track" (Young Adults) program - ages 16-30
-45 min evaluations, 20 min med management with full support team
-Join team of 3 PMHNP's, MD's, LCSW's, therapists & large ancillary staff
-Treat criminal justice background patients - experience with population a plus
-4 or 5 day work schedule option
-$165,000/ yr @ 35 hrs/wk + benefits + PTO
