Job Description

Long Island City, NY - PMHNP - O/P - Adults/Kids mix - To $152K/yr + benefits + L*an Repay
*LIC, Queens - FQHC
*1+ year experience required
*All O/P - See all ages (80/20) adults/kids mix
*Work M-F, 5(8's) - see 7 patients/day w/b*nus to see additional patients daily
*Join a te*m of 3 PMHNP's, 1 MD + large ancillary staff
*In-clinic based role - NOT Tele-Health
*Work with victims of domestic violence and homeless patients
*Work Monday - Friday - w/1 hour for lunch - No Call
*Full Benefits - PTO (20 Holidays,12 personal, 11 national holidays + 5 CME days)
*$140K/yr salary + monthly b*nus (up to $1K/month)
See 7 patients/day + receive $25/addl patient daily -
