Springfield, MA - PMHNP - O/P - Kids/Adults Mix -$143K plus (DOE)+ Fed Loan Repay
-Community Mental Health Agency - Non-Profit
-2 Year minimum exp. required
-PMHNP can see all kids if desired (ages 5-18)
-PMHNP can see mix of Kids/Adults if preferred
-Kids 60 min evals/30 min med mgmt
-Adults 60 min evals/20 min med mgmt.
-Join a team of 5 MD's and 12+ PMHNP's
-1 Hour Admin Time Daily
-See approximately 12-14 patients/day
-Flex Schedule of 5(8's) or 4(10's) - flex start time -
-In Clinic Role - NOT Tele-Health
-Call is optional and available for additional compensation
-Federal Loan Repay location
-$143K plus (DOE) + Benefits + Loan Repay
OR
Holyoke, MA - PMHNP - PT or FT- O/P - All ages - Up To $85/hour
-Holyoke just 10 miles N of Springfield and 25 miles N of Hartford
-Flex Schedule - Work 2 Days/week to Five Days/week- (8's) or (10's)
-FT Option may be available
-Non Profit - Community Mental Health Agency
-2 + Years PMHNP experience required - Spanish a plus
-PMHNP to see patients across the lifespan
-60 min evals and 20/30 min mgmt. (adults/kids)
-Join a team of MD's and NP's
-See approximately 12-14 patients/day
-$75-$85/hr (DOE)
