Minnetonka, MN - PMHNP - All Adults -To $160K + Benefits
-15 mins West of Minneapolis
- Private practice seeking F/T PMHNP to see all adults
- Providing ketamine + outpatient medication management
- YOU MUST HAVE 2,080 HOURS - SORRY, NO NEW GRADS
- Work 4(10's) schedule - no weekends - no call
- 3 days/week in person & 1 telehealth day (7:30a - 5:30p)
- See avg. 10-12 patients/day
- Treatment resistant depression/anxiety/OCD/SUD
- Treatments include Ketamine infusion, Spravato + intra-muscular ketamine injections
- Enjoy several weeks training re: Ketamine with providers
- Join a team including RN's, PA's, CRNA's + Pain Med MD
- Twenty (20) days of PTO + six (6) holidays + CME
- Salary $120,000-$160,000 DOE + benefits
