Job Description

NYC - PMHNP - IMT Role - F/T - $165K/year + Benefits
- Includes Brooklyn, Bronx, Harlem and NYC - IMT - Intensive mobile treatment team
- Treat patients where they live - See an average 1-4 patients/day
- Automobile or metro-card provided for transportation
- Not a tele-health role - MUST HAVE 2 + Years PMHNP experience to be considered
- Article 31 - criminal justice background patients - Experience with population a plus
- Provide Evaluations, Med Management and coordinate primary care and therapy
- Must be ANCC board certified
- 4 or 5 day work week option - (mainly adult and older adolescents)
- $165K, 35 hrs/wk + benefits including PTO
