Details/Requirements:
--Facility is open to long-term locums, locums to perm, or straight permanent.What’s most important is that the patients have a consistent provider.
--ACTTeam working 24-35 hours a week
--Salaryexpected around $90-$105k
--Adults
--Substance Abuse and psychiatric assessments
--Being credentialed in EmedNY is a plus
--Approximately one month for credentialing
