Multiple Roles available - Adults only, Pediatrics only or MIX
-Holyoke -10 Miles N of Springfield

-Community Mental Health Agency - Non-Profit
-Mix of General MH - Adult O/P in Westfield
-PACT - Adult patients w/chronic MI + history of incarceration + team based trtmt approach
-60 min evals + 20 min mgmt + 1 Hour Admin Time Daily
-Join a team of 5 MD's and 12+ PMHNP's
-See 12-14 patients/day
-Work 5(8's) or 4(10's) - flex start time
-Call is optional and available for additional compensation
