Position Overview
A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is needed to join a well-established outpatient behavioral health program serving the Syracuse, New York community. The provider will deliver comprehensive psychiatric care within a multidisciplinary team environment focused on accessible, community-based mental health services.

Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluation and medication management along with therapeutic counseling, health monitoring and screening, and the delivery of wellness- and recovery-focused care. The organization operates multiple integrated health and human service programs throughout Central New York and is known for its commitment to serving diverse populations, including individuals with complex behavioral health needs. Providers work within a collaborative care model that emphasizes patient-centered treatment, prevention, and long-term recovery.

This is a full-time outpatient position, Monday through Friday, offering a predictable schedule and strong support from clinical and administrative staff.

Location – Syracuse, New York

Compensation & Benefits
