About the POSITION:
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with adults with complex medical and behavioral health needs is required
- Patient volume: up to 16 appointments per day
- Light travel to see clients in residential facility (2 days per month)
- Participate in on-call and rounding rotations for inpatient facilities
- Complete initial evaluations and assessments of patients’ mental and physical health status
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in creating individualized treatment plans
