About the POSITION:
- Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner
- Examine, diagnose and treat acute and chronic mental health conditions under guidance and supervision of physician
- Effectively communicate with patients and families for understanding of diagnosis, prognosis and treatment plans
- Prepare and maintain patient documentation with high quality assurance
