  • Prior experience working with geriatric or substance abuse population is preferred, but not required
  • Join a dynamic, collaborative team of Adult & Child Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselors who together provide a plan of care for our patients
  • This role includes: coordinating plan of care with primary care providers to include psychiatric consults, completing diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medical management services, you will receive the support of RN Case Managers
