A well-established, independent regional health system in northwestern Illinois is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing Pulmonology practice. Position Highlights:

• Clinic-based, bread-and-butter pulmonology – asthma, COPD, and chronic lung disease management

• Supportive team with 1 MD and 1 experienced NP

• Pulmonology APP experience preferred

• Busy, well-established referral base

• Emphasis on continuity of care and local provider relationships

• Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with relevant clinical experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $180,000, plus productivity bonus potential
