Neurosurgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in Virginia
Details/Requirements:
--Expected start July 2023 (90 days credentialing timeline)
--Monday - Friday 7PM-7AM (nights)
--Weekends: 24 hour call (locum call schedule will be built into the teams’ rotation schedule)
--Average # of callback per day: 5
--Patient population: trauma patients (spine and crani), elective spine patients, elective crani patients
--Skills required: removal of drains, shunt adjustment and First Assist in the OR/Trauma/Practice Call
--EMR: EPIC
--Staff of 5 MDs, 7 APPs
--Virginia license required
--Neurosurgery experience required
--Nurse Practitioners must be acute care certified
