About the Position:
A well-established and growing healthcare system in eastern North Carolina is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with neurosurgery experience to join its dynamic Neurosurgery and Spine team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment with a focus on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
The provider will work across outpatient clinics in Greenville, Kinston, and Wilson, NC. Kinston and Wilson are both just 30 miles from Greenville, offering convenient access to a central hub of clinical and academic excellence.
Position Highlights:

Full-time outpatient-only role, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

No call, nights, or weekend responsibilities

Part of a large, integrated neurosciences team including:
-
10 neurosurgeons (including dual-trained cerebrovascular specialists)
-
20+ neurologists including:
-
Interventional neurologist
-
4 vascular neurologists
-
4 neurointensivists
-
13 subspecialty-trained neurologists
-

Robust support from experienced inpatient and outpatient APPs

Average of 10–12 patients per day

Access to a large referral network of over 185 outpatient practices and 9 hospitals under the same healthcare umbrella

Must hold current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
