- Setting: Free Standing Clinic
- Dates of coverage needed: ASAP – 8/29/2025 with possible ongoing extension
- Schedule: 8-5 or could be 9-6 M-F
- Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification: Board Certified, WI State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification
