- Scope of Work: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required.
- Pay Rate Preferred: $85-90/hr
