Preferred Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required.
EMR: Allscripts
Pay Rate Preferred: $85-90/hr
