Job Description
Work Dates Needed: 7/20-9/25/2026 with possible extension
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: Treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted CO license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, and DOT Cert required.
EMR: Allscripts
Pay Rate Preferred: $80 per hour and mileage covered
