Work Dates Needed: 9/21- 12/31/2026 with possible extension
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am- 5pm
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: Treat both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted OH license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert.
