Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Nov - Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Mon- Sun (8a-8p)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Avg 3-4 patients per hour
- All patient ages 6m+ (80% adults / 20% peds)
- Orthopedic procedures required: splinting, suturing, wound care; I&D
- X-rays/EKGS, blood draws/IVs
- Medical assistances and rad techs onsite; 1-3 providers per day.
- Provider must be comfortable working independently without supervision; physician available remotely
- Cross Credential at 3 UC sites, 30m apart (Hanover & New Oxford)
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WV license required, BC, DEA/CSR, ACLS, BLS, PALS, min 2 years of experience in UC or 1yr of experience in EM
- EMR: Epic
- Pay Rate Preferred: $120/HR
