MedCare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a short-term locum tenens assignment. This opportunity is near Lumberton, NC, in a busy urgent care and family practice setting.
Coverage is needed November 4 through November 11, 2026, weekdays only (no weekends). The provider will see walk-in urgent care and family practice patients of all ages in a steady-paced clinic with a supportive office team.
Requirements: active North Carolina NP or PA license (or ability to obtain before the start date), current DEA, BLS, and recent urgent care or family practice experience.
