Work Dates Needed: Ongoing coverage needed
Preferred Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 4-5 days per week
Worksite Setting: Hybrid Direct Primary Care practice. Provider will split time between the main clinic location and onsite employer-based healthcare services delivered through a three-room air-conditioned mobile healthcare unit. Position supports adult employee patient populations through in-person and continuity-focused care.
Scope of Work: Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, obtaining medical histories, assessing vitals and BMI, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, administering injections and immunizations, providing patient education, performing minor procedures such as wound care, suturing, splinting, and laceration repair, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active Florida NP or PA license required. Master's degree or higher in Nursing (FNP/AGNP) or Physician Assistant Studies. Current DEA registration required. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred. Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently and within small self-directed teams.
