Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 10/16/2026-1/29/2027 with possible extension
- Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p - Mon-Fri
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work: As a locum, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted OR license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert .
- EMR: Allscripts
- Pay Rate Preferred: $80/hr
- Comments: DOT Cert required prior to 1st shift! They will prefer a candidate as local as possible.
