Setting : Low Volume Outpatient Clinic
Start ASAP - January 2020
10 or 12 hour shifts
Paper Charting
95% Adult Patients 5% Pediatrics

The ideal candidate will have the following:
CV
Copy of Active Unrestricted Ohio License
DEA or Active Prescriptive Authority
Experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine
