- Many chronic illness patients with mental health and addiction needs

An outpatient clinic located in northern California is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. The beautiful location is in rural and remote part of northern California near the Oregon border that offers great opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts. The clinic is an outpatient primary care clinic that is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position will see all ages of patients and treat acute illnesses as well chronic illness needs including mental health and addiction issues. Will see approximately 8 patients per day. There is voluntary call. Provider must have three years of experience and an active California license or in the application process. The salary and benefits package are very competitive.
