Located in Northwest Indiana just 1 hour from Chicago.
About the GROUP:
Group has 7 health clinics and provides all kinds of care to uninsured and underinsured patients in Porter and Lake counties, including urgent care and dental services. Our sliding-scale fees for qualifying patients ensure that no one must go without medical attention when he or she needs it. Our services are provided regardless of ability to pay. We take Medicaid and Hoosier Healthwise recipients, privately insured individuals, uninsured individuals; everyone, of any age, sex, race or religion.
About the POSITION:
NP needed for Urgent Care hours at a Clinic
Various shifts and open to 3 – 5 days.
Full scope Urgent Care, seeing patients of all ages
Urgent Care in the evenings; after 5pm some days and 7 pm on other days

Compensation is negotiable Medical/Dental Malpractice Retirement Plan PTO CME allowance
