- Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only, M-F, 2 weeks per month, 8A-5P (or 7:30A-4:30P), Provider Min # Shifts Required: 2 weeks per month 40 hrs per week, Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Hospital Stroke Certified, Bed In Department: 14, Trauma Level: 2.
- Scope of Work: Nurse Practitioner- Urology, Patients Per Shift: 22.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WA license, Board Certification, BLS, DEA
- EMR: Epic.
- Pay: $110/Hr. plus travel
