Group has grown to provide comprehensive primary and preventive care at 11 clinical sites.
Locations are a mix of urban and rural areas that include Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Urgent Care and Dental plus an expanding list of specialties.
About the POSITION
Looking for a WHNP or CNM
Minimum 1 year of experience
Current CA provider license
Willingness to take call
Willingness to work 1-2 Saturdays a month
Willingness to work 1-2 Evenings a week
Chronic disease management
Urgent/Sick care
Preventative care or Family Planning services experience.
