Seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of Critical Nursing Care under the guidance of the Nurse Manager or Director. This position involves active participation in determining conditions, resources, and policies necessary for providing high-quality nursing care. The Assistant Nurse Manager collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure proper care and adherence to established procedures.

Compensation: $111,200 - $118,450

Qualifications:

· BA/BS in Nursing or a related discipline required.

· Prior experience as a Registered Nurse required.

· Lead or supervisory experience preferred.

· Minimum two (2) years of Critical Care Nursing required.

· Licensed and currently registered as a Professional Nurse in New York State.

· CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) preferred.
