(Archived) Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager
Job Description
Our Hospice & Palliative Care
team in Wakefield, RI., is searching for an experienced RN to care for hospice
patients in Rhode Island mainly Aquidneck Island, Jamestown, South Kingstown
and Narragansett. This is a full time, 40hrs per week, position with an
8am-4:30pm schedule; includes a weekend and holiday rotation.

Requirements:
- Strong desire to join an organization that is committed to providing the very best patient centered care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; RN required; BSN preferred
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island and Massachusetts preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience
- Excellent assessment, clinical and communication skills
- Work only one weekend a month (day off week before and after)
