Job Description
We are searching for a full time experienced
Registered Nurse for our Clinical Educator position in Attleboro, MA. The role
of Clinical Educator combines clinical expertise and a passion for teaching to
educate, train, and develop clinical staff. The person in this position is
responsible for the design, delivery, evaluation and revision of educational
materials, experiences, and programs for clinical staff. Educational activities
will be grounded in regulatory/accreditation requirements and best clinical and
technical practices to support competency, compliance, and mission-based
performance at all levels of the organization. The Clinical Educator is
responsible for the preparation and ongoing mentoring of clinical staff and
serves as an educational resource for the leadership team to support
organizational excellence.

- Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000
Requirements:
- Achieve and maintain Hospice and Palliative certification or relevant specialty clinical certification
- Practice in accordance with professional practice standards
- Maintain clinical competence
- Knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge and experience in the principles of adult learning
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines
- Embrace personal professional development and a commitment to lifelong learning
- Bachelor's degree is required, master's degree preferred, or the equivalent relevant experience in clinical practice.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hospice, and/or palliative clinical experience required; or related relevant experience.
- Education, training, teaching experience preferred.
- Active Rhode Island and Massachusetts license in Nursing. Valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
- Knowledge of RELIAS or other Learning Management System is preferred.
- Experience with electronic health records desirable.
- Hospice experience preferred
