Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Primary Care (Adult)
Location: Coachella Valley, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $70–$75/hour

A well-established and growing healthcare organization in the Coachella Valley is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team. This role focuses on adult patients with an emphasis on long-term, relationship-based care and chronic condition management.
This is an excellent opportunity for providers who value quality over quantity, with a manageable daily patient load and a supportive team environment.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only primary care
- Adult patient population
- See ~12–15 patients per day
- Collaborative, team-based care model
- Shared call rotation (2–3 nights/month)
- Strong focus on continuity of care
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $70–$75/hour
- $4,000 annual CME allowance

Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA (or eligible)
- New graduates encouraged to apply
