Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our vibrant team caring for patients with trachs, vents, and G-tubes in Salt Lake City!

Position Highlights:
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84107
- Care Focus: G-tube, Trach, and Vent Management
- Schedule: Sunday through Saturday, 7 am – 7 pm (flexible shifts)
- Prior experience with trachs and vents is a plus, but we value your passion and willingness to learn!

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the delivery of personalized, high-quality home healthcare by expertly utilizing the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Recognize early signs of physiological and psychosocial changes, acting swiftly to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to analyze data, develop tailored care plans, and document progress with precision.
- Perform life-saving interventions with confidence, always prioritizing patient well-being.
- Continuously adapt and refine care plans based on patient responses, medical updates, and your clinical judgment.
- Use your expertise to establish priorities that meet each patient’s unique needs in their home environment.
- Embrace additional responsibilities and become an essential part of our compassionate care team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid RN license for Utah.
- Current Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
- Prior RN experience preferred—experience with trachs and vents is a plus, but not required!
