Join Our Exciting Overnights Pediatric Nursing Team in Salt Lake City, UT!

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team caring for pediatric patients with G-tubes, trachs, and vents in Salt Lake City!

Position Highlights:
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84107
- Care Focus: Pediatric G-tube, Trach, and Vent Management
- Schedule: Sunday through Saturday, 7 pm – 7 am (overnight shifts)
- Prior experience with trachs and vents is a plus, but we value your enthusiasm and commitment to learning!

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the delivery of compassionate, personalized care using the full nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Detect early signs of physiological and psychosocial changes, ensuring swift and effective interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to analyze data, develop tailored care plans, and meticulously document patient progress.
- Perform critical interventions confidently, always prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
- Continuously adapt care plans based on evolving medical conditions and your clinical judgment.
- Use your expertise to establish priorities that best meet each child's unique needs during overnight care.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as a vital member of our caring team, making a difference every night.

What We’re Looking For:
- Current RN license for Utah.
- Valid Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
- Prior RN experience preferred—experience with trachs and vents is a bonus, but not required!
- A genuine passion for pediatric care and improving children's quality of life.
