Join the team that cares! The Care Team is looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse - Hospice in the Allentown area . Primary hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. We specialize in providing Home Care and Hospice in the home and facilities. If you are looking for a new and exciting opportunity, we encourage you to apply today.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Licensed or registered in the state in which he/she currently practices and matches the location of the job.
  • Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.
  • Completed health statement acknowledging ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Valid state driver’s license. Proof of current automobile insurance.
  • TB testing per agency policy; (1 or 2 step TB skin test within 12 months of hire & annual TB symptom screening thereafter).

Supports constant and ongoing care for elderly and terminally ill patients by evaluating patient needs, creating care plans, and offering end-of-life support to patients and their families. Work in a collaborative, team-driven environment that involves regular communication with other Care Team members, contribute in an on-call system and is provide on call coverage, provide dietary counseling, follow HIPPA regulations, and follow the policies and procedures of The Care Team.
