(Archived) Chemo Registered Nurse

We have an opportunity for a full time Chemo Registered Nurse in Milford, Connecticut. You will play a crucial role in the healthcare team, specializing in providing care and support to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Your responsibilities will include administering chemotherapy drugs, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in CT
• One year of recent RN oncology infusion experience (preferred but not required)
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred but no required.
• Oncology Nurse Society (ONS) Chemotherapy & Biotherapy certification preferred or expected to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to perform in an office and clinical setting.
• IV skills are required.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to multi-task are required.
• Must be passionate about health and patient care.
