(Archived) Certified Registered Nurse Operating Room Manager

We have an opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. for a full time Certified Registered Nurse Operating Room Manager with one to two years experience healthcare management. The RN Manager is responsible for providing all functional direction to members of the perioperative team to achieve optimal patient outcomes while optimizing available resources including surgical case management and perioperative patient care coordination. This position works with staff and physicians to develop, implement, and deliver specialized care to patients in accordance with the recognized standards of operating room care in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the organization.

Salary Range: $104,000 to $155,000

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have a valid license in the State of California as a Registered Nurse.
• Must be CNOR
• Current CPR certification/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or dually certified in both AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) at time of hire.
• One to two years recent experience in the management of a healthcare facility supervising five (5) or more employees
• Master’s degree in nursing, business of related field or equivalent experience in a Surgery Center.
