Bronx, NY - RN - F/T - ACT Team - $85K/year + Union Benefits
*Bronx NY - community mental health - ages 18+
*New Grads welcome - Join the 1199 Union: The National Health Care Workers' Union
*Join large team of providers - 3 PMHNP's + 5 Psychiatrists + RN's + LPN's
*Responsibilities: Med management, interact with pharmacy, manage injections + EMR
*Forensic/Community ACT - See avg 3-4 patients/day - some days work from home
*Forensic ACT - (released from corrections + patients following repeat hospitalization)
*Community ACT mix of civil mandate or patients unable to maintain self-care
*Use agency car or public transit w/pre-paid metro card
*Work 8a-4p, Monday - Friday
*$85K+union benefits
