Job Description
A facility in Northern Indiana is growing and is seeking a CRNA to add to its team. The facility is located in a beautiful lake community! Dates of Coverage: August 20th and on-going
Details of Assignment #57137:
*Active Indiana license required
*NBCRNA Certification required or must be in the examination process
*ACLS and PALS required
*3 or 4 week rotation that includes 1 week of call
*Week long call every 3 weeks either in OB and OR
*40 MDs, 30 CRNAs i the group
*May administer CV catheters, Arterial catheters, Lumbar Epidural catheters, Spinal anesthesia, ABP blocks, Regional blocks
*Case Mix: Mostly OB, Peds, Outpatient Surgery, Regionals, and Ortho. Rarely Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Trauma, and Critical Care
*4,500 Surgical Cases/Year
*500 Deliveries/year
*70 beds

*We arrange all your travel and lodging.
*We pay weekly during assignment.
*We will provide you with a Jackson & Coker Visa Credit to pay for any expenses.
*We pay Referral Fees!
