Job Description
MDA Advanced Practice is looking for a Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant starting May 1, 2017. The opportunity is located in the greater Jacksonville, FL. area with great pay and liability coverage provided.
Setting: Hospital both inpatient and outpatient
Dates:As soon as credentialed
Schedule: TBD and on call Monday-Friday.
Requirements:Active FL license, BC, BLS/ACLS, DEA, prescriptive auth. At least 2 years' experience as a NP/PA.
Required Procedures: CABG and Valves, LN 2016-105 CABGs and 103 valves
Compensation: Competitive compensation paid weekly via direct deposit
Travel Housing: Medical Doctor Associates will make arrangements and pay for reasonable travel and housing expenses during the assignment.
