Job Description
Leader in providing comprehensive primary, behavioral, and community health and wellness services in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area and seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for its Central site located in Phoenix. This will be an exciting and rewarding opportunity to provide primary mental health care services including biopsychosocial assessment and diagnosis for a diverse patient population with mental illness in an integrated setting. The position also provides both medication and psychotherapeutic management for patients as well as consultation to the primary care/behavioral health care integrated team. The Nurse Practitioner position commits to the fulfillment of the clinics mission to provide holistic, patient-centered, culturally sensitive health and wellness for the people and communities we serve.
